Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
This policy describes refunds and cancellations for NoScroll Pro, which is sold through Stripe. Free use of NoScroll is not billed.
By purchasing Pro, you also agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Monthly subscription
You may cancel your NoScroll Pro monthly subscription at any time using the Stripe customer billing portal. The portal is also where you can update your payment method or download invoices. You can still use any cancellation or receipt links Stripe sends by email for your purchase. When you cancel, you typically keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
After the paid period ends, Pro features may stop unless you renew. If you cannot sign in to the portal or need help, email support.
One-time lifetime purchase
One-time Pro purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing.
If you believe you were charged in error, email us promptly with your purchase email and any receipt or charge details. We review good-faith disputes case by case.
Refunds generally
Refund eligibility may depend on Stripe policies, your bank or card network rules, and applicable consumer protection laws in your country or state. If a refund is issued, access to Pro may be revoked when the refund is processed.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback, we may disable Pro access associated with that payment while the dispute is reviewed. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
How to contact us
For cancellation help, billing questions, or refund requests, try the Stripe customer billing portal first, or email noscrollsupport@gmail.com. Include the email you used at checkout and, if possible, a receipt or last four digits of the payment method.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
