NoScroll Terms of Service

Agreement to these terms

By installing or using NoScroll, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service includes the NoScroll browser extension and optional paid NoScroll Pro features.

Description of the service

NoScroll helps reduce distractions on supported websites by modifying how content is shown in your browser. Supported sites and features may change. The service is provided for personal productivity and informational purposes.

NoScroll Pro and payments

NoScroll Pro is offered as a paid upgrade, including a monthly subscription and one-time lifetime purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your use of checkout is also subject to Stripe terms and policies.

Monthly subscribers may manage payment methods, invoices, or cancel auto-renewal in the Stripe customer billing portal. Details are in our Refund Policy.

Pro activation may require verifying your email and registering a single active device per paid email. You agree not to share credentials or attempt to circumvent access limits.

Refunds and cancellations

Cancellation of subscriptions, billing periods, refunds, chargebacks, and one-time purchases for NoScroll Pro are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code except where applicable law forbids this restriction.
• Interfering with or overloading our systems or third-party sites beyond normal use of the extension.
• Using the service in violation of law or third-party terms.

Third-party websites

NoScroll is not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit, or other sites where it may run. Those sites may change layout or behavior, and blocking or delays may not work everywhere forever.

No warranties

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that the service will block all unwanted content, run without errors, or meet your goals.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoScroll and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may modify the service or these Terms. We will update the effective date above when the Terms change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
