Before you write
Including details helps us respond faster:
- What you were trying to do, such as activate Pro, block a specific site, or change a setting.
- Your browser and the site where something went wrong, if relevant.
- For Pro or payment issues, the email you used at checkout and any receipt or charge details you have.
Cancel or manage a monthly subscription
If you have an active NoScroll Pro monthly plan, use the Stripe customer billing portal to cancel auto-renewal, update your card, or view invoices. You will need access to the email address you used at checkout. Lifetime (one-time) purchases do not use this portal for cancellation in the same way; for those, email us.
After purchase
To activate Pro, open the NoScroll Chrome extension and choose Already purchased? Activate Pro. Activation happens inside the extension because it needs extension storage and device activation.
